Bay Supply knows fasteners and tooling pretty well after 50 years, but we can't say we're an expert in all products sold by Sellers on the Bay Supply Platform.
Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of the product information for the products they list and sell on the Bay Supply Platform. Bay Supply evaluates the quality of listings and suggests improvements to Sellers, but when it comes to the details of their offerings, we put our trust in their expertise on their products.
We urge Manufacturers to upload their catalog items, attributes, manuals, spec sheets and videos of their Brands because they are the Authority of their Brands and their information uploaded becomes the foundation for their Authorized Distributors.
Sellers are required to manage and maintain the integrity of their listings on the Bay Supply Platform.
