No. Bay Supply does not collect Seller Payments or manage Seller Refunds. Balance is the merchant Service Provider on the platform that collects and processes all financial transactions.
While Balance has the control of funds with all Platform transactions, refunds will follow the agreed Terms & Conditions of use agreed between Buyer & Seller in order to set forth the performance of both parties for each transaction.
While Bay Supply operates as a Platform to help facilitate transactions, Balance will refer to the Platform Terms of Use to assist in any disputes between parties.
