No. Bay Supply contracts a Merchant Service provider called Balance and they control all financial transactions and issue credit term accounts to buyers.

Bay Supply has no control, risk or authority related to credit term accounts established with Balance.  Balance assumes all risk and collection from buyers for their credit term account use on the platform.
